What we are saying is that the consumer can now help themselves by running a CheckMEND check before purchase, helping to drive down the ease with which thieves can dispose of their ill-gotten gains. You may also be interested to know that the materials being sold are also being acquired as a result of all sorts of crime including burglary and muggings so by buying the stuff people are perpetuating these crimes.
